have appreciated in value are the next most common form of gift. The
tax advantages to the individual make them highly attractive. A gift of real estate is another way to contribute. If you are hesitating to sell some real estate due to potentially large capital gains taxes, you may transfer the property to ACTN and derive substantial benefits. Other forms of giving include assigning a life insurance policy to ACTN, gifts through a will, family business gifts or a memorial gift .
